I talk about spirituality, divorce, and parenting. I am a Clinical Psychologist, Intuitive, Artist, and divorced single mother. Over the years I've learned about mindfulness and studied empaths, and Buddhism. After going down a traditional path with work, marriage, and motherhood... Kelly Lubeck, MPH, RYT, has spent years exploring how to blend her deep commitment to changemaking and serving the world with her passion for holistic healing and wellness. She has dedicated over 25 years to service-based work around the world, leading public health and early childhood programs that improve the health and quality of life for communities in Latin America, the Caribbean, Africa and many different places in the United States. Then, since her own journey over 15 years ago through a healing crisis that left her wondering whether she’d even be alive to be of service, she has been offering holistic healing and coaching services to individual clients as well as facilitating educational workshops and healing retreats to groups locally and around the world (virtual and in-person). Kelly leads group programs, retreats and conference keynotes for changemakers and leaders, helping conscious and high achieving changemakers, healing practitioners, leaders, entrepreneurs and caregivers return to their center, finding stillness, calm, healing and connection, so that they can be well as they serve the world. She has woven together her passion for service, dedication to health and healing, and her knowing that when those who care for the world (whatever that looks like) care for and heal themselves, the world can heal and be well. She earned her Master’s in Public Health at Columbia University. Her holistic training includes her yoga teacher training certification, Healing the Light Body shamanic healing certification, holistic health coaching certification, Sacred Depths coaching certification, and years of study on the nervous system and trauma healing. Her finest teacher thus far, though, is her now teen, who has guided her on a courageous and healing journey through motherhood that she never could have imagined (one that helps her show up better for the world ever day).
