Meet your teacher, LAura

Laura came to yoga during a time of deep personal loss, and over the years it has become her anchor, compass, and community.

Raised in the Bavarian Alps and now rooted in London, her journey has taken her across cultures and continents- blending corporate leadership, spiritual practice, and feminine embodiment into a teaching style that’s both intuitive and grounded.

As a yoga teacher and menstrual cycle guide, Laura honours the body’s innate intelligence and inner rhythms. Rooted in the Ashtanga and Rocket traditions, her breath-led, intentional classes balance earth and fire, softness and strength, stillness and action.

She invites students to explore their edge with presence and deep awareness of the body and sensations, encouraging focus, clarity and a sense of adventure on and off the mat.

She trained with The Yoga People in London (200hr Ashtanga Vinyasa) and draws on over a decade of experience in yoga, meditation, shamanic practice, and authentic leadership.

Expect energising flows that sync breath, movement, and sound to help you build strength and ease perfect for when stillness feels just out of reach, and the to-do list won’t stop shouting.

Laura’s approach is about tuning in rather than pushing through, and in that quiet, things start to make sense again.
